Overview
The Cytek Aurora is a spectral flow cytometer capable of detecting up to 40 colors at once.
Its excitation lasers are Ultraviolet (355 nm), Violet (405 nm), Blue (488 nm), Yellow-Green (561 nm), and Red (640 nm).
This unit is equipped with the ASL which can load from a 96-well plate or a 40x 5 mL tube rack.
